What is the Havening Technique| Havening therapy
Havening Technique is alternative therapy that uses touch, eye movements, and other sensory input. It aims to minimal stress and anxiety.
Therapy originally called amygdala depotentiation therapy because they believed can change how the amygdala effect processes of emotions. The technique creates an internal safe inn. to allow a person to reprocess and eventually flight emotional and physical pain.
It’s a new alternative therapy. there is very little research testing its effectiveness. Studies suggest it may help with pain and anxiety but well-designed placebo-controlled trials have not proven that it works.

Havening technique promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and improves well-being said by many Practitioners. Because technique has no scientific background, researchers have not tested its efficacy. Most results or positive outcomes are likely a result of the placebo effect.
